Cascade Meadows Camp is located 21 miles west of Leavenworth, Washington and 2 miles south of Highway 2 on White-Pine Creek Road.

The Lodge’s Fireside Room & Dining Hall are inviting, comfortable spaces that meet a variety of needs. The Fireside Room is perfect for small groups and meetings, whereas the Dining Hall offers plenty of space for games, gathering, and community. View more details below.
The Fire Pit, located along the banks of Nason Creek, seats 60 and provides a special outdoor gathering place for s’mores, songs and stories.

We have multiple cabins and group lodging spaces. The Grand Fir cabin sleeps 8 and is located next to the lodge allowing for easy restroom access. The White Pine, Tamarack, Spruce and Cottonwood cabins each sleep 8. They are located in groups of two on opposite sides of the top of the meadow. These locations offer a more quiet and private feel than those located next to the lodge. Mountain View Loft, located above the lodge, sleeps 10 with easy restroom access. It offers an amazing view of the Chiwakum Mountains.
Aspen Larch and Birch Rooms are offered in the lodge. They are ideal for leaders, medical staff or a guest in need of a private room. Aspen sleeps 2, Larch and Birch sleep 1 each.

This hall holds up to 60 people and functions well as both a dining and meeting space with just a small amount of turnover.
The Fireside Room, conveniently located just off the Lodge, is part of a 90 year old log cabin. This warm and inviting space is a favorite among smaller groups and the leaders of large groups needing an escape. This space works well for 10 to 20.

In an effort to make your group’s retreat as economical as possible, we do not offer food service. Our commercial kitchen offers everything necessary to easily produce meals for up to 60. Use of the kitchen is included in your use of the camp at no extra cost.
Six burner gas range, electric grill top, electric and gas ovens. Three compartment sink for food prep and pot washing, plus a commercial dish washing machine. Plenty of food preparation areas. Double door reach-in refrigerator and an upright freezer. All serving and eating dishes and utensils for up to 60 people. A commercial mixer is available upon request.
